Baked cookies on the rack

The bakery

Baked in Morro Bay

Everything in the case is made from scratch and baked daily, and it goes out to every shop.

Our bakery is in Morro Bay, next to the roastery, and it bakes for every shop. Everything is made from scratch. Our croissants are a 3 day process made with butter from Normandy, France. We bake our cookies, scones, loaves, muffins, and bread for sandwiches fresh daily. We have a wonderful bakery team working hard each day to bring the very best fresh baked goods to each of our cafes. The bakery sits behind the Morro Bay cafe, open 6:30am to 6:30pm, every day.
