When your order goes out
We roast on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. Orders placed on a roast day usually go out that same day, and everything else goes out on the next shipping day. Orders placed from Friday through Sunday are roasted and shipped the following Monday.

The schedule holds every week except where a holiday affects our ability to ship.
