Tesla Supercharger in Morro Bay

Scout Morro Bay has 8 Tesla Supercharger stalls in its parking lot at 390 Morro Bay Blvd, a few blocks up from the Embarcadero. Plug in, come inside for coffee and house made baked goods, and get back on Highway 1.

A charging stop on Highway 1

Big Sur is just up the road, and before these stalls opened there were no Superchargers nearby along this stretch of Highway 1. Morro Bay ranked in the top 4 most requested cities in the country in Tesla's surveys for new charging locations.

Driving Highway 1 between San Francisco and Los Angeles, heading up to Big Sur for the weekend, or spending a few days in Morro Bay, it's an easy place to charge.

While you charge

The cafe is our flagship, with the roastery behind glass. Our sister roastery, HoneyCo, roasts every Scout coffee there.

Grab a coffee and something from the bakery, and take a bag of whole bean for the trip. Classic Espresso is the coffee in every drink at Scout, and Scout House Blend is the coffee on drip at every Scout location. Shop all coffee.

Solar on site

The charging stalls sit under Tesla's solar canopy. With the rooftop solar already on the cafe, the site has more than 250 solar panels.
