A single origin coffee from Guatemala that is at its best on drip and pour-over. Chocolate underneath, candied orange and honey on top.

Current lot: Finca Huixoc, La Democracia, Huehuetenango

Grown by José Alejandro Solis at 1250–1740 masl. Bourbon, Caturra, Catuai, and Mundo Novo. The farm has been in the family since the 1940s and runs its own wet mill on spring water.

Process: Fully washed, sun-dried

Roast: Medium-light
