Citrus, stone fruit, floral, lively.

Typically our brightest coffee on the menu, roasted on the lighter end of the range. This coffee is juicy and floral, while still carrying enough balance to be highly drinkable.

A cooperative washing station in the Jimma zone of western Ethiopia. Cherry comes from 759 smallholders farming landrace varieties at 1900 to 2200 masl. Pulped on a Penagos, soaked overnight in fiberglass tanks, then dried on raised beds for eight days or more. Agaro is one of the first harvests of the year in Ethiopia, picked in January. Imported by Red Fox Coffee Merchants.
