Eater LA: Scout Coffee included in "The Best Restaurants Around Cal Poly SLO"

Scout Coffee
Although San Luis Obispo now has many third-wave coffee shops, Scout Coffee still stands out among the pack with its consistently great brews and pastries to pair. Founded by Jon and Sara Peterson in 2014, Scout uses beans from its own coffee roaster, HoneyCo Coffee Roasters. All the classics here are well-executed, like macchiatos, Americanos, and the simple drip coffee. Scout also sells bags of beans to take home.
