El Tambo is a classic example of community collaboration to highlight the regional characteristics of coffee. This lot comes from six producers with small farms in the municipality of El Tambo. The joint effort between farmers helps provide logistical support for things like warehousing and exporting, which ultimately provides better income for everyone to reinvest in their farms and strengthen their families' livelihoods.

El Tambo highlights all we love from Colombian coffees - sweet stone-fruitiness, tart acidity, all held together with a chocolatey base.
